This project merged two leaders in the IT sales and distribution segment: the Czech company Levi International and the Slovak BGS Distribution.
The goal was to create a multinational company and to find a strategic partner for the majority owners. BGS Levi Group distributed over 250 brands of ICT products and developed LYNX, its own successful brand of personal computers.
