Investing is about more than just money
When we invest, we don’t just administer financial injections. Our approach to investing is much more hands-on. Experience has taught us that it is the best way of increasing the value of our investment. We invest in medium-sized companies, in interesting projects in early stages of development, as well as in companies in distress. The most important aspect is that we always actively manage our investments. We want to help them to fulfil their potential. We are interested not only in financial potential, we also evaluate and solve motivations of owners, managers and other key participants.
