Attorney Jan Eisenreich and Natland Investment Group announce the formation of a joint platform, Solvance Recovery Partners.<\/strong> The new entity will focus on challenging debt management cases, corporate restructurings and solutions to specific situations at the intersection of law, finance and strategy. Solvance will help creditors and debtors find solutions in difficult situations and restore value where it is at risk. <\/p>\n

Solvance is created as a response to the growing complexity of corporate debt situations and subsequent insolvency processes. In crisis situations, it is important for all involved to have a backstop who is able to set up the process, execute it while aligning the interests of the parties and preventing loss of value. <\/p>\n

Combination of legal expertise, enforcement and capital<\/strong><\/p>\n

Solvance’s goal is to simplify and manage complex situations oscillating between law, finance and operations. Thus, to provide legal solutions to insolvency, pro-financing, but also business and management expertise in rescuing the value of the company or other assets. The platform will work with an emphasis on experience and professional standards without aggressive or non-transparent practices. The intention is to protect what can be saved and maximise returns to creditors where the value of the business or assets can still be maintained. <\/p>\n

Jan Eisenreich is a renowned attorney with many years of experience in investor protection, debt cases and insolvency proceedings. He is known to the public as the voice of investors in a number of high-profile cases, conducts educational webinars and appears in the media as an expert on non-performing loans (NPLs). He was the founder of the Association for Investment Market Transparency and his law firm is one of the trusted partners in the B2B litigation, debt recovery and insolvency process segments. <\/p>\n

Solvance Recovery Partners will focus on situations with a high degree of complexity – typically where there is a need not only to advise, but also to manage the process, coordinate creditors, negotiate with counterparties and, where warranted, secure funding for a resolution. It will offer management and support where conventional advice is not enough – from past due corporate receivables to restructurings, litigations and insolvencies. <\/p>\n

Key areas include the management and resolution of B2B receivables – from debt purchase and restructuring to the coordination of creditors’ actions in insolvencies. Restructuring and turnarounds involve analysing the causes of the crisis, proposing recovery measures, helping to implement changes and, where justified, securing financing. Litigation and insolvency processes are also an integral part of this, with Solvance’s experts able to provide litigation strategies and enforcement of claims including cost management, milestones and, where justified, litigation funding. <\/p>\n
