If you are an investment and project-oriented person and you like to coordinate things to achieve a stable result, follow things through to completion and are ambitious, then you are the right person we are looking for to join our team. <\/strong>Your role is to be in charge of the actual acquisition and management of projects from A to Z, as well as the search for new investment opportunities, especially in the real estate \/ real estate sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What kind of tasks would you expect?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • Searching for investment opportunities and assessing project economics <\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Working with analysts to evaluate investment opportunities<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Acquisition activities – negotiation of business conditions<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Working with colleagues to prepare transaction documentation and finalize the <\/span>deal <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Project management and supervision<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Control of compliance with the project budget<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Regular reporting of project status to company management<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of the technicalities of projects and construction is an advantage<\/li>\n
  • Project management until sale<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Cooperation on internal, development projects of the Group<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • you have experience from an investment company, experience from a similar position in a development or financial institution<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
    • you have experience in the real estate market, ideally residential real estate<\/span><\/li>\n
    • you have excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
    • you know and like to work within project management<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
    • you have an advanced knowledge of MS Office<\/span><\/li>\n
    • you speak and understand English perfectly<\/li>\n
    • you are assertive, focused and conscientious<\/li>\n
    • you can assert yourself and argue factually, you stand up for your own opinion<\/li>\n
    • you’re putting the finishing touches on things.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
