You will be involved in analyzing not only real estate opportunities, but also everything from idea generation to presentation, implementation and evaluation. expect?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Processing and analysing financial data and reports, updating and extending financial models<\/li>\n<li>Market, industry and sector research, competitor and business plan analysis<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation of investment opportunities and preparation of investment recommendations with presentation to the Group&#8217;s partners<\/li>\n<li>Creating reports on investment opportunities, evaluating investment performance, reviewing investment strategy<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with other analysts and the team as a whole<\/li>\n<li>Creation of ad-hoc analyses for various
