Responsibility and executive management in the asset management of the funds in the Group’s portfolio, its operations and the further development of the fund portfolio \/ Group’s assets to maximise capital appreciation.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span>What will be your primary agenda<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/h3>\n\n- Active management of portfolio funds, risk management, setup, processing and regular reporting of funds, proposals for new solutions and procedures.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
- Implementation of the fund portfolio strategy or participation in its expansion <\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
- Actively looking after fund assets, improving performance for investors<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
- Responsibility for effective funding, active involvement\/executive participation in the area executive <\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
- Financial analysis of potential business opportunities, financial modelling, opportunity evaluation, risk management, investment recommendations <\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
- Managing the investments made in the portfolio, or managing the management of acquisitions in the fund’s portfolio <\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
- Regular reporting on the status of the agenda<\/span><\/li>\n
- Cooperation on internal, development projects of the group.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
- Care for clients in the portfolio, communication with investors, preparation of offers, presentation materials for investors<\/span><\/li>\n
- Ad hoc activities, analyses, reports…<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
What we expect from you<\/strong>
\n<\/span><\/h3>\n\n- University degree in finance, accounting, business economics<\/li>\n
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in asset\/fund management or investment company<\/li>\n
- Experience with AIFMD\/ZISIF, administrator and depositary<\/li>\n
- You are familiar with finance, accounting, understand the context of financing and fund structures<\/li>\n
- Knowledge of valuations\/NAV, bank covenants; experience with audit and external valuations.<\/li>\n
- Expert knowledge of Excel, ERP systems and MSOffice<\/li>\n
- Consistency, ability to simplify processes, “ownership”, clear communication<\/li>\n
- You accept responsibility for your decisions<\/li>\n
- You know how to negotiate, negotiate terms<\/li>\n
- You are conscientious, healthy, positive and caring<\/li>\n
- You understand English – both written and spoken – at an intermediate level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
