What you will be responsible for<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Analyzing and evaluating investment opportunities across different sectors, industries, industries and business plans<\/li>\n
  • Financial modelling and valuation of investment opportunities<\/li>\n
  • Preparation of investment materials and presentations for management<\/li>\n
  • Creating reports on investment opportunities, evaluating investment performance, reviewing investment strategy<\/li>\n
  • Active involvement in the execution of transactions, including valuation of companies, preparation of offers, coordination of due diligence, support in securing financing, transaction documentation, etc.<\/li>\n
  • Monitoring investment performance and supporting value creation activities<\/li>\n
  • Participation in the preparation of exits, including implementation of the sales process, preparation of investor materials such as teaser, info-memo, coordination of parties and negotiations, participation in negotiations<\/li>\n
  • Meetings with representatives of potential investments<\/li>\n
  • Direct collaboration with management of target companies, other investors and stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    • You have strong analytical and financial skills including financial modelling, valuation and analysis of financial statements<\/li>\n
    • You have knowledge of M&A processes and transaction execution and the ability to prepare high quality presentations, analyses and investment materials<\/li>\n
    • You are no stranger to accounting and basic tax issues, you are familiar with market conditions of financing<\/li>\n
    • You are up to speed on the basic understanding of modern AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) and are interested in their use in analytical work and data exploitation<\/li>\n
    • You are attentive to detail, structured and consistent<\/li>\n
    • You are able to manage and coordinate multiple streams, prioritise effectively and deliver deliverables to tight deadlines<\/li>\n
    • You are proactive, “hands-on” and have a team approach with a high level of motivation and responsibility<\/li>\n
    • Native speaker of Czech\/Slovenian, knowledge of English (written and verbal)<\/li>\n
    • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively across teams and seniority levels<\/li>\n
    • You have a university degree and experience from an investment company or experience from a similar position in a financial institution for at least 3 years<\/li>\n
    • You are assertive, purposeful and conscientious, you can assert yourself and argue factually, you stand up for your own opinion and follow through<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
