Golf resort on Rohan added to Natland group

31.3.2023

The Prague City Golf brand from the portfolio of the Natland investment group becomes the largest golf player in the capital. Natland has been active in the golf business for 10 years, when it started operating a course in the southwest of Prague at Zbraslav under the Prague City Golf brand. In 2022, it added to the PCG brand a course in the northeast of Prague in Vinoř, which, after years of anticipation, is finally opening – on 1 April 2023 in trial operation for PCG club members, and about a month later also for the public.
Currently, the brand and the Group have also added a city training facility on Prague’s Rohanský ostrov, which appropriately complements the range of services and needs of not only golfers.

The Prague City Golf brand aims to be the leader of golf activities in the capital. It operates two resorts on two outskirts of Prague, which will have a total of 48 holes for golfers on more than 180 hectares – two championship full-size 18-hole courses plus two full-size 6-hole courses for the public. Together with the city’s practice area on Rohanský ostrov in the wider centre of the metropolis, and situated on the border of two Prague districts – Karlín and Holešovice, this means that PCG’s services include 3 driving ranges, practice areas, academies, restaurants and facilities. Driving on Rohanský ostrov perfectly complements the portfolio of services and needs of golfers of Prague City Golf Club. It brings synergies for the operation of the ranges, but above all for the golfers and club members more variability, benefits and comfort within the club life.

The training area, which will be called Prague City Golf Rohan, is located basically halfway between the two areas Zbraslav and Vinoř and thanks to its unique location and very accessible location in the centre of Prague, offers players of all ages and performance categories excellent training facilities in the form of a grass teeing ground with a length of 250 meters, an indoor teeing ground with 15 tees, putting and chipping green and a clubhouse with reception and facilities. It is for those who want to get some training in during their working day, it is suitable for team building activities, corporate events as well as other venues. The golf practice area on Rohanský ostrov in Prague offers everyone interested to get acquainted with golf, practice it and develop already acquired golf skills. There is also a golf club rental and golf school in the form of courses for children and adults or e.g. corporate events and teambuldings.
