The founder and majority shareholder of the Natland Investment Group. He is responsible for strategy implementation and management of key projects within the segments of financial services and corporate investment, namely in the area of distressed assets. He’s worked in the area of investments and consulting since 2001. He studied at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, subsequently he earned his MBA at the Business School Netherlands and LL.M. at the London International Graduate School.
At Natland, he is responsible for real estate investments, managing and leading the strategy of a portfolio of projects in real estate and development. He graduated from ČVUT, worked as a project manager of administrative buildings and shopping centers at Skanska Property Czech Republic. Before coming to Natland, he worked as a partner and member of the board of directors of M&K Development, where he mainly focused on the development of development projects
He has been working in Natland since August 2013, as a partner he is primarily responsible not only for the financial management of holding entities, but also for equity participation in the financial services segment. From his position, he actively co-decides on the group’s acquisition policy and its strategic direction. It supervises and fulfills the exercise of shareholder rights. After graduating from the University of Economics in Prague, he worked as an auditor’s assistant and audit manager at BDO, then acquired and applied knowledge and experience in the international group Telefonica and O2 in Prague and Slough/London in finance.
Jana Sečkářová is active mainly on the sales side in Natland’s development projects. She studied Master’s – Economics and Management at ČZU in Prague. Subsequently, she studied International Marketing & Management at Sodertorns Hogskola University in Stockholm. Before joining Natland, she worked for M&A at ABN AMRO, where she participated in the privatization of the Czech gas industry. Subsequently, she worked in Corporate Finance Advisory / M&A at Slavia Capital.
