Each investor can continuously deposit funds or ask for the withdrawal and payment of the investment at any time.
Our years of experience in investing in new projects and real estate ensure that every project is carefully analysed. Before the acquisition of a project into the fund, every detail is examined from the financial, legislative and procedural point of view.
Money is invested in projects owned by the fund through individual project companies. The funds, or their managers, have absolute control over them.
The fund is based in the Czech Republic and is subject to strict control by the Czech National Bank. The fund manager is the investment company AVANT, the largest manager of qualified investor funds in the Czech Republic. The depositary of the fund exercises control over financial operations and the fund is subject to regular audits.
If the investment lasts for more than 3 years, the sale of securities by natural person is exempted from income tax.
Data and reports are available for existing and potential investors. It is also possible to arrange individual meetings with investment specialists and our team.
