Natland started the year in a new layout

Natland Investment Group, or Natland Group SE, has completed internal changes important for its further development.

As a result of the shareholder agreements from the end of 2024, the internal structure of the company was realigned during the first quarter of this year. The new set-up is reflected in the Group’s transition to a monistic management structure that simplifies management, fromspeeds up and streamlines decision-making. The main body of the company is the Board of Directors, chaired by Tomáš Raška, the founder of the group. The proxy is responsible for the operational management of the service organisation.

Majority owner of the group Tomáš Raška bought out the shares of minority shareholders of David Manych and Karel Týec, who subsequently decided to invest in funds managed by Natland Group. This makes them one of the most important co-investors after the founder of the fund, Natland Group. “With this step, they have confirmed their confidence in the way we manage and develop the group and the projects,” said Tomáš Raška.

The original shareholder of the company, Karel Týc, became a shareholder of Natland Real Estate SICAV and a 50% owner of the development company Natland Rael Estate. He is a Partner for Real Estate & Development within the Group. David Manych has become a shareholder of the fund ECFS Credit Fund SICAV, and also acts as Partner for Private Equity & Investments. The shareholder agreements and changes to their roles replicate the new rules for the participation of top executives, investment managers and associates in the performance and appreciation of Natland Group investments.
