Stock valuations on two funds in the Natland Group’s portfolio are in double digits. Whether it is VIA (performance stocks) or PIA on the Natland Property Sub-Fund and PRIA on the ECFS Credit Fund.
We are currently finalising the transformation of the funds into a model that will further support the appreciation of co-investors’ invested funds so that they can invest in a group of stocks that will replicate the double-digit performance of performance stocks.
