Natland Investment Fund SICAV, a.s. Natland real estate sub-fund has entered another year of its operation and at the beginning of the year has already acquired a significant acquisition in the form of the project “Kladno – Stromovka”. This is a development project on land near the main railway station in Kladno with a size of 50,000 sqm, where a completely new district with more than six hundred residential units will be built. The project will include a square, shops, restaurants, a kindergarten and housing for the elderly. The project is designed to be implemented in three phases over the next ten years.
Investors in the Fund also have the opportunity to earn a higher yield on their investments as the AGM has approved an increase in the yield associated with holding the Preference Investment Shares for the next three years. The minimum appreciation on preference investment shares is now 7% p.a. and the maximum is 8.5% p.a. Equally important is the reassessment of the SRRI risk index. Our fund is one of the most stable CIFs on the Czech market, which has been officially confirmed by our administrator. On the scale of risk profile 1 to 7, we have moved to level 3, which confirms our correct and conservative approach in managing your investments.
In order to further ensure the development of the fund not only in connection with the newly acquired project, we have prepared a new issue of NATLAND IF 7.75/29 bonds in the amount of CZK 300 million with the possibility of increasing it by another CZK 300 million. The bond carries a fixed coupon of 7.75% p.a. for the entire holding period until maturity in 2029. And since the fund is part of a stable financial group and follows a successful bond issue that was issued on the Prague Stock Exchange, it cannot miss the new issue on the stock exchange again.
The other parameters of the fund, such as the preferred share of the fund’s profits, remain the same. Further information, including the Articles of Association, Key Investor Information (KID) and quarterly reports, are updated in the Fund’s Articles of Association and on the website (https://www.avantfunds.cz/cs/fondy/natland-investicni-fond-sicav-a-s/natland-nemovitostni-podfond/).
