Natland Ended the Year with Excellent Results

21.7.2026

In 2025, the Natland Investment Group nearly doubled its profit, which reached 313 million crowns—a year-over-year increase of more than 90% and the highest figure in the past seven years. For the first time in the group’s history, equity exceeded the two-billion-crown mark, reaching 2.1 billion crowns.
These strong results were driven by organic growth in managed equity investments, whose fair value rose by 16% to 2.12 billion crowns, and by the higher value of the investment portfolio. Assets grew by 13% year-over-year to nearly 3.7 billion crowns, and the total value of assets in companies where Natland has significant influence reached 6.15 billion crowns.

“The year 2025 was primarily about implementing our long-term strategy. Our ambition is not merely to invest capital. In the long term, we focus on actively managing the companies and projects in our portfolio, transforming them, and increasing their value. We have several practical and successful examples to our credit, such as Energo Příbram and others, and it is precisely this discipline that is driving the group’s growth today and creating a solid foundation for further development,” said Tomáš Raška, founder of the Natland Investment Group.

Conversely, the group’s debt ratio continued to decline, falling to 41% from 43% in the previous year. “This signals not only to the market that we continue to maintain a conservative approach to debt and financial leverage, but it also demonstrates our ability to maintain a healthy capital structure,”” adds Filip Ribka, Finance & Accounting Manager at the Natland Group.

Divestitures in Private Equity and Acquisitions of Real Estate Projects

Throughout 2025, the Natland Group continued to enhance and develop its investment portfolio across all three pillars of the group—private equity, real estate, and financial services. In the private equity segment, investment plans for selected projects were fulfilled during the year, and several significant transactions from the previous period were completed.

For example, this involves the completion of an investment cycle following a successful turnaround and the transformation of a technologically outdated facility into a modern energy company, which led to the subsequent divestiture of the Příbram heating plant. We sold this company—Energo Příbram—to a strategic partner, the Veolia Group. Last year also saw the start of negotiations and the finalization of divestitures of EC Financial Services and KARA Trutnov. In the real estate sector, on the other hand, we acquired several significant development projects, for example in Prague’s Hostivař and Zličín districts, and we successfully launched construction and sales at the Stromovka complex in Kladno, where approximately 600 apartments will be built. In total, the Group’s real estate portfolio comprises more than 3,000 apartments in various stages of preparation, design, and construction.

In the area of multifunctional and income-generating real estate, we invested, together with our partners at Wood&Co, in the VIVO!&myHive office and commercial center in Bratislava; subsequently, we also became the owners of the Bajkalská Office Center and adjacent land in Bratislava.
In addition to the high-quality management and administration of the Natland Group’s investment portfolio, the Group is simultaneously developing a fund structure comprising four investment funds. In collaboration with the fund manager, these funds manage investor assets totaling nearly 7.45 billion crowns (up 13% year-over-year). The funds’ net income for 2025 reached 291 million crowns, and fund capital stood at 5.6 billion.
