We invest in potential. We build growth on experience, expertise and respect. For more than twenty years we have supported dozens of companies and projects. Through a combination of strategic insight, expertise and business acumen, we have helped companies become leaders in their industries or opened the way for them to become so. We invest where we see sense and in industries we truly understand. We build on deep market knowledge and evolution over time. We manage each project proactively and personally, being hands-on and at the decision-making table, setting up financial management, fostering leadership and long-term growth. In the entry phase, we usually finance from our own resources, and only after stabilization and setting up the executive model does bank financing or other forms of capital partnership come into play.
Our work doesn’t end when the contract is signed. We are part of the company’s story.

Capital for the future. We focus strategically on the energy and real estate sectors, residential and mixed-use development. We invest in real estate development projects through Natland Real Estate Fund SICAV and its sub-fund Natland RE Development, while investing in yield-attractive projects with high growth potential.

Our investments have a plan. We develop each business that enters the portfolio strategically and with a clear objective. We improve performance, optimize structure, and look for new opportunities. Whether they are our own investments or those of our investors, we approach them all with the same responsible approach: with the aim of making a long-term, fair and sustainable return.
