Do you like analysing opportunities, do you enjoy numbers and are you excellent at Excel? Are you interested in the nooks and crannies of the real estate market and can you discover them? We are looking for an Investment Analyst to join the team to cover a portfolio of investments in the real estate segment. You will be involved in analyzing not only real estate opportunities, but also everything from idea generation to presentation, implementation and evaluation. What would you expect?

• Processing and analysing financial data and reports, updating and extending financial models
• Market, industry and sector research, competitor and business plan analysis
• Evaluation of investment opportunities and preparation of investment recommendations with presentation to the Group’s partners
• Creating reports on investment opportunities, evaluating investment performance, reviewing investment strategy
• Collaboration with other analysts and the team as a whole
• Creation of ad-hoc analyses for various needs of the group, preparation of presentations and documents for meetings
• Involvement in the management of sub-projects

We will be happy to welcome you if:

• you are familiar with investments, investment funds, RE, corporate finance and have experience in the field
• you can perform financial analyses and summarise them in clear reports
• you are familiar with the financial analysis of companies and measuring the financial performance of companies
• you have knowledge of business and corporate asset valuation or development projects and income properties
• you are great at using software in an MS Windows environment especially office programs Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
• you are no stranger to accounting and basic tax issues, you are familiar with market conditions of financing
• you have a university degree and experience from an investment company or experience from a similar position in a financial institution
• you have analytical knowledge, communication, presentation skills
• you know and like to work within project management
• you speak and understand English
• you are assertive, purposeful and conscientious, you can assert yourself and argue factually, you stand up for your own opinion and see things through to the end
