What you will be responsible for

Analyzing and evaluating investment opportunities across different sectors, industries, industries and business plans
Financial modelling and valuation of investment opportunities
Preparation of investment materials and presentations for management
Creating reports on investment opportunities, evaluating investment performance, reviewing investment strategy
Active involvement in the execution of transactions, including valuation of companies, preparation of offers, coordination of due diligence, support in securing financing, transaction documentation, etc.
Monitoring investment performance and supporting value creation activities
Participation in the preparation of exits, including implementation of the sales process, preparation of investor materials such as teaser, info-memo, coordination of parties and negotiations, participation in negotiations
Meetings with representatives of potential investments
Direct collaboration with management of target companies, other investors and stakeholders

We will be happy to welcome you if:

You have strong analytical and financial skills including financial modelling, valuation and analysis of financial statements
You have knowledge of M&A processes and transaction execution and the ability to prepare high quality presentations, analyses and investment materials
You are no stranger to accounting and basic tax issues, you are familiar with market conditions of financing
You are up to speed on the basic understanding of modern AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) and are interested in their use in analytical work and data exploitation
You are attentive to detail, structured and consistent
You are able to manage and coordinate multiple streams, prioritise effectively and deliver deliverables to tight deadlines
You are proactive, “hands-on” and have a team approach with a high level of motivation and responsibility
Native speaker of Czech/Slovenian, knowledge of English (written and verbal)
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively across teams and seniority levels
You have a university degree and experience from an investment company or experience from a similar position in a financial institution for at least 3 years
You are assertive, purposeful and conscientious, you can assert yourself and argue factually, you stand up for your own opinion and follow through
