Why Natland
We are an investment group operating primarily in the Czech and Slovak markets. We invest capital primarily in medium-sized companies, strategically focusing on the energy and real estate sectors – residential and multifunctional. We manage the assets of our own, our shareholders and qualified investors through specialized investment funds. Our competitive advantage is our expertise in crisis management of companies in complex situations.
We are strengthening the team with a colleague who will have primary responsibility for the transformation of undervalued or underperforming businesses/DAs into investment opportunities and eventual inclusion in the Group’s portfolio. We are relying on a formal, step-by-step change management process – from rapid stabilisation and diagnosis through to designing a restructuring plan, implementing, measuring impact and anchoring the new operational and financial discipline.
