Job description

Are you an investment and project oriented person and like to coordinate things to everyone’s satisfaction? Do you get things done and go after your goals purposefully? We are currently strengthening the team with an Investment Manager, who in our concept is in charge of the acquisition itself and the management of projects from A to Z, but also looks for new investment opportunities

What awaits you?

• Finding investment opportunities and assessing project economics
• Cooperation with analysts to evaluate investment opportunities
• Acquisition activities – negotiation of business terms
• Cooperation with colleagues on the preparation of transaction documentation and finalization of the deal
• Management and supervision during project implementation
• Control of compliance with the project budget
• Regular reporting of project status to company management
• Project management until its sale

What do we expect from you?

• Experience from an investment company, experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
• Knowledge of project management
• MS Office at an advanced level
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
