Your role is to be in charge of the actual acquisition and management of projects from A to Z, as well as the search for new investment opportunities, especially in the real estate / real estate sector.

What kind of tasks would you expect?

• Searching for investment opportunities and assessing project economics
• Working with analysts to evaluate investment opportunities
• Acquisition activities – negotiation of business conditions
• Working with colleagues to prepare transaction documentation and finalize the deal
• Project management and supervision
• Control of compliance with the project budget
• Regular reporting of project status to company management
• Knowledge of the technicalities of projects and construction is an advantage
• Project management until sale
• Cooperation on internal, development projects of the Group

We will be happy to welcome you if:

• you have experience from an investment company, experience from a similar position in a development or financial institution
• you have experience in the real estate market, ideally residential real estate
• you have excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
• you know and like to work within project management
• you have an advanced knowledge of MS Office
• you speak and understand English perfectly
• you are assertive, focused and conscientious
• you can assert yourself and argue factually, you stand up for your own opinion
• you’re putting the finishing touches on things.
