We are an investment group operating primarily in the Czech and Slovak markets. We invest capital primarily in medium-sized companies, strategically focusing on the energy and real estate sectors – residential and multifunctional. We manage the assets of our own, our shareholders and qualified investors through specialized investment funds. Our competitive advantage is our expertise in crisis management of companies in complex situations.

Our legal team is part of the company’s key projects. It increases the efficiency of our projects and we are currently expanding the team with a colleague – associate.

What kind of tasks would you expect?

• Preparation of internal contractual documentation – loan agreements, addenda, share transfers, preparation of general meetings, etc.
• Preparation of external contractual documentation – assignment of receivables, assistance in preparation and completion of transaction documentation and others as required
• Liaison with authorities, public administration bodies, courts and notaries and filing proposals with the cadastral office
• Search of legal documentation, analysis of case law
• Preparation of overview in relation to claims and insolvencies
• Participation in meetings

We will be happy to welcome you if:

• you have successfully completed your higher education – Master’s degree in Law and Legal Studies
• if you already have some work experience in the field (during your studies), it is an advantage
• you have an overview and interest in corporate and commercial law
• you enjoy solving even the most complex cases
• you are good with a computer, you are not afraid of excel
• you have no problem speaking and understanding the English text
• you don’t mind the workload and proactive approach to problem solving
• and you’re flexible with your time and have a desire to work in a dynamic environment, we’ll be thrilled!
