Job description

We are expanding our legal team and would like to welcome a new colleague. Our legal team is part of the company’s key projects. We are changing the functioning and structure, setting up competencies and processes, increasing the efficiency of our projects.

What awaits you?

• Preparation of internal contractual documentation – loan agreements, amendments, transfers of shares, shares, preparation of general meetings and others
• Preparation of external contractual documentation – assignment of receivables, assistance in the preparation and completion of transaction documentation and others as needed
• Liaison with authorities, public administration bodies, courts and notaries and submission of proposals to the cadastral office
• Research of legal documentation, analysis of jurisprudence
• Preparation of an overview of accounts receivable and insolvency
• Participation in meetings
• Further support and cooperation of the school’s legal team on current cases

What do we expect from you?

• Higher education – master’s degree in law and jurisprudence
• Previous work experience in the field (during studies) is an advantage
• Perspective in the field of law, interest in the field of corporate and business law
• Knowledge of working with a computer: especially Excel (other information systems are an advantage)
• Knowledge of the English language
• High work commitment and active approach to problem solving
• Time flexibility and desire to work in a dynamic environment
